Zombie Toss: Create A Plants VS Zombies Inspired Halloween Game + Links to FREE Printables!

This year, for some fun this Halloween season, I made this game that me and Lauren played inspired and involving characters from the popular tower defense game "Plants VS Zombies". I call this game "zombie toss", I use a small empty cardboard box to create a zombie head that will be used to toss onto the plant characters. I used small disposable cups as stand of the plant characters. The cups hold prizes inside them that anyone can get from knocking down any of the plant characters. DIY Fun & Colorful Symbolic New Year Crown | New Year Picture Props + Links To FREE Resources!

Last Year, I made some new year hats using paper visor templates for us to wear in welcoming 2018. This year, I decided to make some new year hats again and chose crowns. I like trying out different things so every new year would be different from the previous one we had. I painted our crowns in colors that has a symbolic meaning for us the way we hope or want to be and go through our life in 2019. I chose crown to signify us reigning (like a queen) and taking power of our life in 2019.

To skip painting, use pattern papers or colored heavy weight paper. I use paper twine as ties for our crown but it's better to use elastic string or elastic thread for it to make sure the crown stays properly on the head and won't slip off easily. I made our crowns a bit taller to be able to add something such as the "2019" number to it.

HOW TO CREATE A TALL CROWN PATTERN

1. Print the crown template first on a bond paper, Click Here To Check Out FREE Printable Crown TemplatesChoose and print one you like then cut the template to use as a tracing guide on a pattern or colored heavy weight paper.

2. These crown templates are short, to be able to add something on it such as numbers, "happy new year" word or anything you wish, make an extension according to your desired length at the end of the pattern when tracing it on your paper to make the crown a bit taller.
