Zombie Toss: Create A Plants VS Zombies Inspired Halloween Game + Links to FREE Printables!

This year, for some fun this Halloween season, I made this game that me and Lauren played inspired and involving characters from the popular tower defense game "Plants VS Zombies". I call this game "zombie toss", I use a small empty cardboard box to create a zombie head that will be used to toss onto the plant characters. I used small disposable cups as stand of the plant characters. The cups hold prizes inside them that anyone can get from knocking down any of the plant characters. HOW WE DID OUR ANGELS
=================================================================

I printed both version of the templates so Lauren can create some boy and girl angel chains. I folded a white construction paper accordion-style and traced the template on it and then Lauren cut the pattern herself to reveal the chain.

Aside from the wings, we decided to add some clouds below our angels, I used templates or you can also just create a wing or any additional detail you wish to have on your angels by drawing it. Cut the drawn patterns and use it as a tracing guide to create multiple pieces of the additional details of your angels. Lauren cut all the cloud and wing patterns herself.

Lauren draw the details on the angel face and clothes using pencil then trace the pencil with coloring marker. She added some additional embellishments on the clothes using round and star sequins or you could try and use any shape and size of sequins there is. It's also a good idea to use gem stickers and even assorted colors of glitter dust to decorate and accessorize your angels!

THOUGHTS ON THIS PAPER ANGEL CHAIN CRAFT
=================================================================

Lauren had a great time creating her paper angel chains, we tried putting the finished angels on an empty Christmas tree. The kids can create one to add as personal Christmas decoration on the wall. Kids can use their imagination and creativity to create various ways and looks for their angels (hair and clothing) using a variety of materials.

I think these angel chain templates are not only great as craft for kids but adults can even use these templates to get creative with their own angel chains for use in decorating this Christmas!
